Stunning Location

Nestled in the sheltered hamlet of Nedd on the side of a sea loch bearing the same name. (Nedd in Gaelic is ‘An Nead’ and  means ‘the nest’).  Nedd sits along the B869, a stunning coastal road linking Kylesku to Lochinver, part of the North Coast 500 route (NC500). Remote but not isolated the village of Drumbeg lies just over a mile to the west with a well stocked shop and hotel with bar.The stunning beaches of Achmelvich, Clashnessie & Clachtoll are only a short drive away.

Our croft has stunning sea views out over Loch Nedd looking out to Lower Badcall, Scourie, Handa island and to the distant mountain peaks of Fionaven, Arkle. and Ben Stack. We also have commanding views over the dramatic Western side of Quinag, a mountain that dominates the horizon in this part of Assynt.
